I highly recommend InVoke. We've had our digital sign on our shopfront for a few months now, and it gets so much more attention than the printed signs we used to use. Invoke were a pleasure to deal with right from the very first contact. Chris took the time to ask lots of questions about where the screens would be installed and exactly what we needed from them. To put the challenge into perspective, our building is over 800 years old and the screens were being mounted on one of our historic walls. Chris worked closely with us and a contractor to design a bracket that allowed the screens to be fitted securely without damaging the stonework. We sent some content over ahead of the installation - something we could have managed ourselves, but Chris and the team had offered plenty of support if we needed it. On installation day (which Chris kindly managed to schedule just two weeks after quoting, to fit around our theatre shows) both Chris and Theresa arrived and got straight to work. They were easy to deal with, professional, and slotted seamlessly into a busy site with other trades working around them. Our content appeared straight away and Chris gave me some great pointers on how to get the most out of the online software. The screens have now been in place for a few weeks and everyone loves them - they look fantastic and we’re already thinking about where we could add more! We’ll definitely be returning to Invoke for the next phase of going digital. Huge thanks to the entire team!
