The team at DCA PR are professional, organised, and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent results for their clients. Their communication is outstanding, making every assignment straightforward and enjoyable from start to finish. As a photographer, I particularly appreciate how well they understand the importance of strong visual storytelling and how effectively they integrate photography into their PR campaigns. It's always rewarding to work alongside a team that values quality imagery and understands its impact.
I needed a professional film made for my established business, Greenhill Design to tie in with a new website. After a briefing of my ideas to Tristan, he really understood what was needed. The idea was to make 2 films, a background one and a more detailed film. Working in design I'm very critical of what I wanted. When I saw the results, I was amazed. Bang on, first time, just as I had envisaged. Kudos to Tristan for 'getting it' and working seamlessly with my web builder to make things run very smoothly. I had a very demanding timescale and it was implemented perfectly. This is the hero part of the website and I'm glad that it is something I can be proud of. Thank you
I work with many PR companies in the South West, I must say that DCA are one of, if not the most professional team of individuals that I have worked with. Their approach to clients and contractors alike is professional, friendly & diligent. The collective experience within the industry, of editors, journalists, writers & PR personnel that DCA have, really shows in the quality of service they provide.
DCA PR supports us to promote both St Austell and White River Place Shopping Centre, engaging positively with the local community as well as attracting more people into the town. The DCA team is always reliable, full of great ideas and works hard to ensure we reach the right audiences with the right message. With the help of the positive PR which DCA has generated, White River Place enjoyed record footfall figures for the last quarter of 2015, bucking both a regional and national pattern of decline.
