Abysmal customer service. I’ve been a regular customer, so I immediately noticed that the cake I received was significantly smaller than usual. When I reached out to query this, the response I got was dismissive and unhelpful, they simply stated it was “normal” with no acknowledgment of my concern and not even a basic apology. What’s worse, when I followed up to raise this again, I was completely ignored. No response at all. That level of disregard for a loyal customer is unacceptable. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor service from a brand I used to trust. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone else.
