When I call their phone number they never answer. There's a message asking to press option 1 2 3 4 5 or 6. I tired all 6 options on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday... 6 calls a day. Not once did they answer. How they do any business is anyone's guess. I won't risk the reputation of my business on a company like this. No response to phone calls for several days. No response to emails. No response to live chat that has a tag line saying "We reply immediately" You are failing on every level. How are potential customers supposed to contact you?

Had the pleasure in dealing with William who was advising on the creation of a new website and PPC campaign for my company. I must say the team at UNBXD did an incredible job and we are now receiving more leads than we are able to deal with as a company. Couldn´t recommend them enough!

We had a very time sensitive project which we offered to several web developers. Unbxd assured us they were able to deliver it on time and they didn't disappoint. Really attentive, without missing a single deadline. Highly recommended.

Really a great team to work with. We ordered the company brand style redesign, leaflets and booth panels design for a trade show. Nice work, we got what we wanted. The team is easy to work with. They heard all our requirements.

William was great at selling - awful at delivering. As a startup we paid for marketing content. We discussed filming a weekend in August - we filmed last days of Sept. We were due content delivered early Nov latest, for December selling, It came in Feb. At one point they tried to overcharge, as we only wanted 2 of the 3 quoted options, however, they removed only half the cost of the 3rd element we did not want their service for. I recommend AVOID. We experienced staff turnover, ridiculous delays, poor communication and poor quality of deliverables. They seemed more focused on gaining new contracts, and only in seeking more service uptake rather than delivering on what we had paid for. After every opportunity to address the failings we have been given no choice but to pursue small claims to recoup a proportion of the costs, having sought 50% refund for work that was 5 months late and lacked significantly on the quality and storyboard expectations.
