I really loved working with Spinks Creative on Bumpstart's brand refresh & marketing strategy session. From the start, communication was spot on... clear, friendly, and thoughtful. The strategy session was packed with insights, and what I really appreciated was how easy it is to refer back to everything we covered. It’s already become a go-to guide for me. It was actually quite funny how aligned we were on so many ideas, Gemma and Joss had clearly done their homework and totally 'got us' straight away. You could tell they’d really taken the time to understand our business. Super grateful to have found a team that’s so tuned-in and genuinely enjoyable to work with. We worked with Joss and Luc on designing a new section of our website. They presented several ideas for us to choose from so that we could balance our ideas and our budget. They have worked with our developers and responded to changes very quickly. Their enthusiasm and flexibility has made it a very positive experience and I would definitely work with them again. Both Gemma and Joss immediately understood what I was trying to achieve with my business from the moment I met them. I booked a Brand Refresh Package which included a four hour strategy session at their offices and was worth every penny. They had clearly put in a lot of preparation before our meeting and helped clarify many areas of my business I was unsure about, such as my target audience, more effective marketing strategies and lots of engaging content ideas. I left feeling much clearer in the direction I wanted to take my business and how I wanted it to look, not to mention the biggest confidence injection at a time when I was feeling a little lost about where I was heading with my work. I now have a much fresher and updated logo with new fonts and colour palette to use on my website and social media posts. Spinks were also very efficient on correspondence and really went the extra mile in anything I didn't understand in the Brand Pack. In the few months that have passed since working with them, I have increased my prices (as suggested by them) and to my amazement, clients are still happy to pay and I'm finally realising my worth and generally see a brighter future for Happy Little Eaters!

We recently spent a great morning with the team at Spinks, reviewing our current marketing plans. Being a new business and non-marketeers, we found the strategy session really helpful. Joss and the team really got us thinking about who we are talking to and their challenges. The session was cleverly structured to make sure we left with a clear action plan of quick wins and longer term tasks. Before the meeting we were a little overwhelmed about where we should be spending time and resource, but now we have a plan both short and longer term.
