Nothing is to much trouble and even when I send in items for submission which are close to the event date Ava goes out of her way to ensure they are posted. I’d been dealing with an issue in my Google Ads account for over 6 months and kept getting passed between different Google departments, with no one taking ownership and no solution being reached. It was frustrating and my ads weren’t running properly for months. After a recent meeting at Smash headquarters, Beks brought in Henry - basically their Google Ads superhero - who spotted the issue in about five minutes and had it fixed by the following morning (cape optional). Thanks to Henry and Beks, I’m now able to run a much more targeted ad for my business. I only wish I’d asked them to look at it sooner. Overall, Smash have been helpful and responsive over the last few years.
