Represent

In Edinburgh, Represent works as a marketing and internet marketing service, and the accounts left by clients focus squarely on how the team goes about its public relations and communications work. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the professionalism of the staff, who are described as creative, engaged and consistently responsive to those they work with.

A handful of customers describe the agency as customer centric, noting that it listens carefully and adapts its approach to suit the needs of each business rather than applying a fixed formula. Results are a recurring theme, with reviewers mentioning campaigns that exceeded expectations and landed well with the media, while budgets were respected and stretched effectively. The team's values are praised, as is the friendly, welcoming manner in which work is delivered, often with a smile.

Regular updates are valued by clients, who appreciate being kept informed and enjoy following the agency's progress and the brands it supports. The speed of response and the willingness to listen come through repeatedly, alongside a creative approach that clients credit with positive coverage. Work described spans public relations and media-facing campaigns for businesses wanting publicity, with the consistent emphasis falling on the team's engaged and personable way of working.
