Very bad company very bad service. Lost over £600 to this agency. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend
Its a real pleasure working with Char, Vanessa and team at Paragon on our telemarketing campaign. They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to help. The operation of our telemarketing is simple and effective, and they are genuinely invested in you and your company. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly has a can-do attitude — I really cannot fault the overall experience.
Paragon have been working with us now for over a year and have built up a very healthy pipeline. Paragon on average deliver 4 plus quotes each month. The staff are committed to our contract, building up a good level of knowledge to enable them to be able to hold a confident call. Excited to carry on working together in 2026.
I've had a lot of companies tell me what they can do and never deliver .. that's definitely not Paragon ! They communicated well at all points and went beyond the KPI's we set .. Highly recommend !
𝗔𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 that could have been avoided if Paragon were transparent about their capabilities (or rather lack thereof) at the initial engagement stage. Due to a litany of issues we had to cancel the campaign at great cost to ourselves: • 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀 on Paragon’s side, including employees suddenly taking leave multiple times. More than two months after the campaign was supposed to kick off only ten calls were made. • 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀. Our target audience parameters were ignored and zero quality control was done, with the vast majority of listings inactive or irrelevant companies. For example, according to Paragon, Airbnb (market cap: $80bn) and ASOS (market cap: £313m) are early-stage startups! The quality of the data was so poor (less than 10% were valid companies) that we had to take over the sourcing. • 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺-𝘂𝗽 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆. Not only couldn't their team do basic personalisation of the subject line, but we also discovered that the emails were landing up in spam folders. • 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. When we did get a response it was often missing salient details or a garbled mess that had to be deciphered. • Not pitching for a scheduled meeting with your client without any excuse is especially egregious. • 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 - 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The brief and scripts were completely ignored. No attempt was made to connect our value proposition with the prospect’s potential pain points. Instead, the few calls that were made were incoherent and riddled with factual errors, which reflected poorly on our company. • 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀. This includes the directors of the company who displayed a bizarre unwillingness to take responsibility for any oversights and failings. In summary, Paragon is clearly not a good fit if your company provides a sophisticated, high-value service.
It has been nearly a year since we started using Paragon Marketing to assist with our Business Development, in which we have seen many transformative changes throughout the business. The various campaigns we have run with Paragon have not only brought us warm, qualified leads, but also valuable insights that have been crucial to adjusting our firm's marketing and new business strategy. Our dedicated team members Paul and Paul are committed to delivering high quality work and are aligned as partners in Meeko's growth strategy. For any SMEs, particularly ones where the decision makers are spending too much time qualifying leads for new business, Paragon is an excellent choice and I can't recommend them enough.
It has been great working with the Paragon team! - Friendly, professional, and a results driven business. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to grow sales and projects. Shout out to Sam and Owen who have been working on our campaigns. Keep up the excellent work team!
