Omni SEO

Omni SEO is an SEO and digital marketing company established in 2017 and based in an office in Cardiff. Damon Williams is the Director; the team also includes India Denley (Graphic Designer), Maria Bolus (Outreach Manager) and Emann Grace (Marketing Exec), with Damon Williams working as Search Specialist. The company offers SEO services for eCommerce platforms including Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, Webflow, WordPress, Joomla, Weebly, Wix, Umbraco, Squarespace, Prestashop and HubSpot, and provides local SEO services.

It guarantees its backlinks: if it does not secure the agreed number, the client gets their money back. Each SEO campaign uses a dedicated Monday.com board that clients can access, and omniReports provides live campaign data. Omni SEO has helped over 100 companies and has worked with Two Roads Charity. It boosted organic ranks for a local Virtual Office business by over 406 positions, ranked Spheric 1st on Google for their main keyword in six months, and increased monthly organic visitors from 0 to 3,000 in less than 12 months for a client.

Omni SEO works with companies across Cardiff and beyond on search engine optimisation and creative marketing, and the accounts gathered from clients stress how quickly that work translated into higher rankings and, for some, a rise in sales within days. Damon and Maria are named repeatedly as approachable and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain strategies in plain language and to talk clients through the options open to them. A recurring theme is the live reporting dashboard, which lets clients check progress at any moment and see the reasoning behind the results.

Responsive communication and a steady stream of fresh ideas come up again and again, with one charity noting that its advertising grant finally generated site visits after earlier consultants had not managed it. Customers describe the pricing as fair and the service as dependable, and mention that advice on the right course of action is given without hesitation. The work covers optimisation and wider marketing for smaller organisations, and it is the personal involvement of the team that clients single out when they discuss their local campaigns.
