I was cold called to sell me advertising last December and was told my business would be in the January edition of there business magazine. From the start the design was awful I had to request three times for it to be changed. I have since been hounded to clear the Invoice and twice I have asked for a copy of the magazine to check my advertising as I can not find one establishment that had a copy of the magazine. A copy finally arrived in the post April 2026 and I have read it back to front and My business Add is Not in there yet my invoice says half a page How can you try and charge for a service you have Not carried out ?
