I had a deeply disappointing & unprofessional experience with Adam. What began as a hopeful website project, quickly turned into a stressful ordeal marked by poor communication, repeated delays and unacceptable behaviour. Despite providing clear instructions, Adam failed to deliver a functioning, completed site as per our agreement. At one point, my site homepage was taken down/offline without warning as a pressure tactic to demand additional payment - despite no contractual basis for this and it was never reinstated despite payment receipt. When I raised concerns, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses from Adam, rather than solutions or accountability. I suffered a lot of distress interacting with Adam. What’s more, after I formally requested a refund for services not rendered, I was falsely accused of owing more money & vital communication was ignored. I have since had to escalate the matter to Trading Standards. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this developer, especially women, as something tells me he’d not have been so outwardly disrespectful to another man — I mentioned this to Adam but he chose not to respond nor address it. My experience was not only unprofessional - it bordered on exploitative. Adam is simply rogue and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend Adam/London Website Design Services.
