Lead Fox

Lead Fox in Swansea builds and improves websites for local businesses, and the accounts left by clients return again and again to the work of James. More than one customer describes how straightforward he made the whole process, taking a brief and explaining each stage so that nothing felt complicated, even for those who had doubts at the outset.

Reviewers frequently point to his patience, his willingness to answer questions and the regular updates and video walkthroughs he sent while a site was being put together. Speed comes up often, with projects delivered quickly without any loss of quality, and the finished results are described as visually appealing, easy to use and working exactly as intended, including SEO features added to help a site perform. A theme running through the feedback is his availability afterwards, staying contactable when small problems arise and talking clients through changes they can make themselves.

The advice is seen as knowledgeable and creative, with his own ideas folded into the brief while still matching the style a customer had in mind. Clients also note how approachable and professional he is to deal with, whether the project was a first website or a rebuild of an existing one, and the same gratitude for his effort and care runs through the feedback.
