We commissioned JDR to help onboard us with Hubspot and we are delighted that we did. Emma held our hand throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand our business and combined with her excellent Hubspot knowledge it meant we designed great processes within the system.

After several unsuccessful onboarding experiences with other software providers, HubSpot finally seems to deliver what we need. There are still a few limitations, but overall I'm really impressed with the platform. Emma at JDR was brilliant throughout the onboarding process – incredibly knowledgeable, organised and proactive. As part of a larger project JDR designed a built us a new website on the Hubspot platform. We're very happy with the design and content, but more so the communication and overall processes involved in the project.
