Heart IT Liverpool, especially Joe, have been fantastic throughout the whole process of building our website over the past few months. As a team, we are not very confident with IT, but Joe was incredibly patient, attentive, supportive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The whole process felt straightforward and well supported from start to finish, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The final website looks really smart and professional, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Joe also went above and beyond by helping with search engine optimisation, setting up our new email address linked to the website, and even creating a video that I decided I wanted at the very last minute! Thomas and Joe were there every step of the way of the process. I met up with them, and had a good chat about the kind of thing I had in mind. He even made me two videos to explain how to optimise my Blog/Vlog! Before coming to Heart IT, I was with a national website provider.
