Really confused by the condescending tone of our communications and the absence of any kind of apology when misled regarding what our package included. Happy to overlook mistakes (we all make them) but to be on the receiving end of them without apology and instead to have other expectations reframed as acts of 'good will' that we may or may not be entitled to rather than part of our agreed package, has felt cavalier and mean-spirited at best, borderline dishonest at worst. A very unprofessional and disappointing experience where it feels as it blame has needed to be shifted more than once.
