DFY Social

DFY Social is a social media marketing agency based in Leicester. The agency is operated by a group of family members, with Geoff named as part of the team. It offers social media growth, social media advertising and social media management services. A white label program is available.

Clients can use an online social dashboard to pre-approve posts. A free trial is offered with no sign up and no credit card required. Custom graphics are created using a business's colours, fonts, logos and identity. DFY Social has worked with a beauty business, as well as clients in Leicester, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Business owners who hand over their social media management describe a service that lifts a considerable weight from their shoulders. Content quality emerges as a consistent theme, with accounts of posts that hit the mark and designs that impress, covering everything from day-to-day posting to paid advertising. Named team members Geoff, Reema and Alison are singled out for their professional yet personable manner, their readiness to resolve technical problems and their habit of exceeding what was expected. Growth in followers and engagement is a recurring observation, as is the increase in enquiries and the stronger online presence that follows.

Reliability and organisation feature in descriptions of deadlines being honoured, while the stress of maintaining a business profile is said to have been removed. One client in Northampton felt moved to spread word of the results through their local contacts, and another describes gaining the confidence to entrust their channels to someone else after initial hesitation. The family-run ethos of the operation is reflected in the dedication customers recount, with responsiveness and tangible improvement standing out across the feedback gathered from Leicester and beyond.
