To say I am happy with the service provided by Copper Bay Digital so far would be an understatement. Having worked with a few digital agencies, Copper Bay has been the first to really 'get under the hood' of the business, and together, we are working on a strategy to grow my company. The team are knowledgeable, friendly and, even above that, have a scarce quality - they do what they promise! When they set an expectation, they meet it every time. Technically too, they are fantastic. We had been fighting with our conversions tracking for about 18 months, but two weeks into starting work with Copper Bay, everything is working and flying along. The team at Copper Bay have been very easy to work with. They take the time to understand your needs and work very hard to fulfil the brief. Copper Bay completed a redesign of our website to increase engagement and make it easier to navigate as the previous website had become a bit tired. We also engaged them to manage our social media channels and our engagement metrics have increased exponentially and conversion rates are now measurable. Copper bay have build my company a large e-commerce website. Throughout the whole process the service that they have given has been excellent, if i have added on extra functionality they have charged me a fair price and have then explained how i can maintain these functions in the future.
