Affinity have been truly outstanding. After being let down by my current host after 20 years, Affinity built me the greatest possible website from scratch and migrated over 70,000 products ensuring all SEO remained intact. The customer service is unrivalled, the team are fantastic and it is the best money I have ever spend on my business. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Not great at all, delivered our website nine months late, when it did launch it was so slow it had to have a deicated server which still wasn't fast enough. Our organic SEO tanked and their PPC guy consistantly lost us money. Spent a year trying to sort out the mess and gave up in the end for the sake of our business. We have since found a new supplier, who has immediatly sorted out the technical issues, sorted out the site speed and our SEO is back to where it was before we ever used Affinity. They talked a good talk at the beginning but delivered nothing for us.

We at Curious Retreats have been working with Affinity, specifically Matt Howman for around 8 months. We needed to optimise our SEO for our holiday cottages website as well as have a far more intelligent digital marketing strategy. Affinity has decided to start sending junk email to a role account that would never be subscribed to marketing lists. They continue to send several times per month, for many months. Make of this what you will but I vote with my feet.
