The Office Rocks Ltd

Advertising placements and website support form the core of what small businesses describe when discussing this Sunderland-based SEO and digital marketing provider. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the impact of the company's advertising platform, with a small online retailer noting a stronger return than from other online and social media campaigns and choosing to run an advert each week as a result. Several accounts note the practical assistance given to growing firms, especially in developing a website and raising its profile, and the clarity brought to owners who were initially hesitant about committing.

Quick replies and a welcoming manner are noted by those making first enquiries, and the scale of the response generated is described as overwhelming in a positive sense. The service is credited with lifting operations to a higher level, with results themselves forming the main evidence. A recurring strand is the confidence gained by very small companies that lack marketing experience once enquiries and sales begin to rise after campaigns go live. Such firms value having advertising and online visibility handled while they focus on running the business day to day.
