Nice people and place.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. Firstly, they charge additional fees for services that should be included in the standard commission. As a buyer, I felt exploited because they tried to add extra costs for the same process, even though I already had a specialist. It is unacceptable how they attempt to take advantage of clients who are already in a vulnerable position and in need of a property. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. They are not worth the money and certainly do not provide quality service. Be aware of these practices and look for more transparent and honest alternative.
