A revised or newly built website was the goal for most clients who came to Purple Moon Designs in Glasgow, and the feedback describes a process that combines technical skill with personal attention. Renatas is the person named most frequently, and reviews regularly refer to his patience, quick replies and readiness to explain each stage so that clients understand what is happening.

More than one customer describes projects that started with a clear idea and finished with a result that exceeded it, spanning website design, amendments, hosting and technical support. Where contact forms failed or an earlier designer left problems behind, the issues were diagnosed and resolved promptly, with the calm reassurance that everything could be fixed. Attention to detail and administrative efficiency come up often, as does the sense that nothing is too much trouble, whether the task is a fresh build, new copy or ongoing updates.

Hosting and support are mentioned alongside design work, and the same person remains contactable afterwards for advice on technical matters. Clients note that the finished websites are fast and easy to navigate while genuinely reflecting their brands, and that the working relationship stays supportive from first enquiry through to later changes. Branding and graphic elements form part of the offer, with the service described as professional, cost-effective and smooth from start to finish.
