What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Collaboration and thoughtful design recur throughout the feedback for this Brighton web design and branding studio. Reviewers repeatedly praise how the team takes time to understand a business before producing work, with several describing projects that exceeded the brief and delivered sleek, fast, intuitive websites. Branding and website design for a consulting practice are singled out, and one client notes that the resulting identity still attracts positive comments years later.

Clear communication comes up often, including smooth dealings with a company based abroad, and customers value being kept informed from the outset through to launch. The studio's handling of challenges as they arose is mentioned, along with the structured way the process is outlined. Matt is named by more than one reviewer, credited with asking the right questions and steering projects as a fundamental part of their success.

The co-working side of the business also receives steady praise: a central location, quiet but well-equipped workspaces, meeting rooms and printing facilities, plus a sociable group that hosts events. Attention to detail, receptiveness to feedback and a genuinely pleasant working relationship run through the accounts. Rebranding and e-commerce work feature among the projects described, with clients returning for further collaboration after launch.

Long Story Short built the brand architecture and website design for my consulting practice. I appreciate that they paid attention to who am I and the presence I was trying to convey and infused that into the final work product. Years later, the brand still receives praise from customers and partners alike.

If you're looking for a design agency whose ethos is to exceed expectation, then look no further. From our initial meeting, I knew I was in safe and very experienced hands and really can't thank them enough. The whole experience was great.

We had an excellent experience working with Long Story Short. Despite our company being based in Austria, the communication was always smooth, they were always able to understand our needs and designed a sleek and very fast website.

I've been hot-desking at Long Story Short for over 18 months now and the workspace is perfect and very special. Although it nice and quiet the location is right in the heart of the city so great for popping out for a stretch or lunch. The space works really well, and I have access to the meeting room, printing facilities and kitchen and chill area. Great bunch of people to share with and hang out at their social events. I recommend highly :) Clive

Great location, great space and most importantly great people. I love working at the Long Story Short co-working space, it's right in the centre of Brighton and really close to the station which is handy for meeting my clients who aren't familiar with Brighton. The office space itself is well catered, you have plenty of space so it's doesn't feel overcrowded or overwhelming like some other co-working spaces in Brighton. Meeting room availability is fantastic too, I have never not been able to book the meeting room when I've needed it, even if that is last minute sometimes. Which is a huge bonus. Most importantly it's lovely group of people and businesses who work here. Kind, thoughtful, creative a good company. I love it here!

The thing I like about Long Story Short is how they were able to spot the best bit of our company's offering and really focus on developing it. The collaborative process resulted in comprehensive output that we were able to use to develop our platform with great results. Matt and the team ask all the right questions and were a fundamental part of our success.
