The team was professional, responsive and easy to work with throughout the campaign. The PR side was especially valuable, creating a strong first press footprint for the project through features, interviews and useful third-party quotes. Natalie, Wenny and Everett were all helpful and communicative, and we appreciated the care the Liberty team put into supporting SERALUNE’s debut release. A very good first campaign experience overall.
Musicians beware. Liberty Music PR are not a music management service, they are a DIGITAL MARKETING company. They do not have connections with the type of music management and music media outlets that you aspire to. Your desire for more exposure as a creative is what they exploit. Read all the positive reviews and ask yourself why not one of the reviewers mentioned their band/song/website/social media. All the reviews are the same. It is because the reviewers are from 2nd and third party Review-farms, just like the increase in likes and streams that you get during your campaign come from Like-farms. During your campaign with them, you will be delighted when you see the surge in reactions - however, once your very expensive campaign is finished all those reactions will disappear and you will be back to the position you were in before you had ever heard of Liberty PR. Read the negative reviews and you will find real people giving real reviews. Save your money and learn how to leverage social media and Spotify playlists yourself. It will cost you money but far far less than what you would be paying these guys.

I just worked with Liberty Music for the first time and my expectations were exceeded! Troy Slattery hooked me up with both a press campaign and a playlisting campaign, this was for something already released with a plan to lay a foundation before more next release. We worked with Natalie on the press and Francesca on the playlisting, the articles are great and I had fun with that, the playlisting campaign garnered more playlisting and streams than I was expecting, I'll be back!

Recently finished my second campaign with Liberty and once again I’m happy with the results. Especially with customer care from Everett Jaime. He’s great to work with.
