We’ve worked with Black and Ginger twice now — first on our original branding, and more recently on a complete rebrand as our business evolved into an AI software company. The original brand served us well, but it no longer reflected who we had become. This new project involved a full rebrand, a new website, event stands, collateral, and a bold new visual identity that clearly positions us as an AI-driven business. From the very start, Alex led the project with creativity, professionalism, and agility. The brief was ambitious — we wanted anyone visiting our site to instantly recognise us as an AI business, with powerful and relevant visuals throughout. Alex and the team absolutely delivered. The designs blew us away, the website looks incredible, and the embedded product video is a standout feature. The whole project was completed in under six months. As a small team with high expectations, we relied heavily on them, and they consistently went above and beyond. Alex project-managed every detail seamlessly, stayed flexible to our needs, and made the entire process a pleasure. I worked with Black & Ginger at a former employer. Helping the corporate Comms team deliver a Government funded 'Welcome Back' message on local high streets. Alex and the team delivered perfectly on the brief with a vibrant, warm design, which also met colour contrast and accessibility requirements to maximise the messages inclusivity. They showcased a wide range of local businesses, many who were dependant on customers returning. Undertaking a range of relaxed photography, liaising directly with the businesses (which helped to free up Council staff resources at a crucial time) whilst reassuring potential customers in showcasing the safety measures in play. It was a hard brief to get right at a time when the client was even more cautious than usual. But the team were receptive to changing politics and internal discussions even with the tight deadline and delivered exactly what the team needed.

As an ambitious start-up with lots of opportunities and unknowns in our business plan, finding the right brand was challenging. Alex and the team led us through a series of workshops and iterations to enable us to create a strong, dynamic brand that can grow and adapt as we do.
