I have been disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided by James and Aspire in relation to our SEO project. We engaged with Aspire for an initial six-month campaign, which included improving our Google traffic, visibility and rankings. Despite this agreement, none of the stages outlined in the contract were completed. Not only did we go backwards; traffic and rankings down, but we noticed a lot of low quality backlinks started appearing to our website. We paid the first half of the contract value with the understanding that improvement would happen within that time. However, after the first month, Aspire requested the second instalment despite having delivered no tangible progress at the time. It is particularly disappointing that they couldn't acknowledge their responsibility to deliver the agreed services. In conclusion, we expected a professional, competent, and results-based service, of which the opposite were delivered.

James was a great help in creating our website. Everything ran smoothly from the initial meeting where I outlined roughly what we wanted, to the finished live website. Definitely recommend James and Aspire Digital Marketing to anyone looking for website design!

We engaged with James and his team for a 3 month period, during which our search rankings declined several positions. Eventually, we decided to discontinue the partnership. The link building strategy they implemented consisted exclusively of placements on a network of directory websites that had been flagged and penalised by Google

We had a problem with our website and Aspire were suggested by another supplier - they sorted the problem out within a few hours and then went on to make some other suggestions and improvements to the site, without us even asking. Overall an excellent, efficient service from James.

When the project is finished they give detailed feedback and present the work done, in an easy to understand way. 100% will use them again.
